Ryan Schwartz

Ryan Schwartz is an accomplished professional in food safety, quality assurance, and operations management with a diverse background spanning over a decade. Currently serving as the Director of Food Safety and Quality Assurance at Milk Bar since 2021, Ryan previously held significant roles at AAK as Operations Manager and Quality and Regulatory Manager, and at Ventura Foods as Corporate Customer Quality Assurance Manager. Additional experience includes positions at Devro (Scotland) Limited and Keurig Green Mountain, Inc., where Ryan focused on production and quality engineering. The educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Culinary Nutrition and an Associate of Science in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University, along with a degree in Biochemistry from Canisius College, complemented by early culinary training at St. Mary's High School, Lancaster, NY.
