Amanda Boe

Amanda Boe is an experienced professional with a diverse background in event coordination, education, food service, and safety compliance. Currently serving as a Test Proctor at Staffmark Group and an Instructor for Hollywood HEART, Amanda supports students and children affected by HIV/AIDS through a calm testing environment and enrichment activities, respectively. Additional roles include Special Events Assistant at the Greater Los Angeles Zoo Association, where event execution is prioritized, and leading a team in the kitchen as part of the Dough Team at Milk Jar Cookies. Previous experiences encompass Covid Compliance Officer at Spotlight Medical, Head of Operations at The Flower Company, and serving roles at Baby Blues BBQ and Mo’s House of Axe. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre and Business Administration from The University of Southern Mississippi.
