VP, Customer Experience at Milk Moovement

Jamie Lloyd Warren began their work experience as a Customer Service Representative at TD in April 2012. They performed customer transactions and provided excellent service and advice. They then moved on to become a Financial Services Representative & Investment Consultant, where they focused on providing banking solutions to meet the diverse financial needs of customers.

Afterwards, Jamie took on the role of Manager of Customer Service, where they managed a team of service employees and promoted a legendary customer and employee experience. They were also responsible for scheduling, branch administration, and customer problem resolution.

Next, they became a Branch Manager, responsible for planning and executing a business plan centered on customer experience. They led and coached their team on strategies to improve the overall customer experience and increase shareholder value.

Jamie then took on the role of Manager, Digital Engagement, followed by Manager, Advice Management and Digital Adoption. In these roles, they worked with various partners to design and deliver innovative solutions and initiatives that focused on proactive advice and customer relationship management support.

Their most recent role at TD was as a Product Owner, Everyday Advice Journey. They worked with internal partners to ensure business priorities and objectives were communicated and provided support for colleagues and customers across the country. They also owned various initiatives and acted as the delivery leader for digital initiatives supporting customer-facing capabilities.

Jamie's current work experience includes their role as VP, Customer Experience at Milk Moovement, starting in 2022.

Jamie Lloyd Warren earned a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Business/Commerce, General from Memorial University of Newfoundland, studying from 2010 to 2015. Additionally, Jamie obtained certifications as a Branch Compliance Officer from the Canadian Securities Institute in July 2015 and as an Investment Funds in Canada from the same institute in January 2013.
