Ankit Malhotra

Ankit Malhotra has extensive work experience in various roles within the product management field. Ankit is currently the Director of Product Management at Milkbasket since 2022. Prior to this, Ankit worked at Freecharge, where they held the positions of Associate Director from 2018 to 2022 and Senior Product Manager from 2018 to 2020.

During their time at Freecharge, Ankit was responsible for developing the first-ever digital credit card for new-to-credit users, implementing risk and fraud control measures, and working on compliance projects with the Ministry of Home Affairs.

Before joining Freecharge, Ankit worked at Snapdeal as a Senior Product Manager for the Seller Platform from 2015 to 2018, where they automated the onboarding process for sellers and improved seller NPS through targeted journeys and seller ratings. Prior to this role, they also served as a Product Manager at Snapdeal from 2015 to 2016.

Ankit started their career at Amazon in 2014 as a Program Manager and previously worked at IGATE as a Team Leader from 2012 to 2014. Ankit began their professional journey at Serco as a Sr. Analyst from 2010 to 2012 and has prior experience as a Senior Sales Marketing Executive at Luminous Teleinfra Ltd from 2008 to 2009.

Ankit Malhotra completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree with a specialization in E-Commerce/Electronic Commerce from the University of Allahabad between 2009 and 2012. Ankit also obtained a Diploma in Sales from NIMS in December 2007. Additionally, Ankit has a Diploma in Marketing from the same institution, although the month and year of obtaining it are not specified.
