Avinish Jain

Avinish Jain has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Avinish currently serves as the Head of Learning, Talent & OD at Milkbasket since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at WheelsEye as the People Operations Lead (FOS) from 2021 to 2022, and also as the Head of Training COE from 2020 to 2021. Avinish was a Consultant in Learning and Development at McKinsey & Company in 2020. Before that, they worked at OPPO as the Lead of Sales Capability & OEM partnerships from 2018 to 2020. Avinish also has experience at TransforME Learning & Leadership Solutions Pvt. Ltd. as the Manager of Learning & Development - India in 2017, and as a Training and Delivery Consultant from 2017 to 2018. Their earliest work experience was as a Pre-Sales consultant at L&T Infotech from 2015 to 2015, where they supported various business functions and worked in areas like IoT, big data, competitor analysis, and sales force automation.

Avinish Jain began their education journey in 2014, when they enrolled at Dayalbagh Educational Institute to pursue a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a specialization in Marketing. Avinish completed their MBA in 2016.

In 2018, Avinish Jain continued their education by attending the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, where they pursued an Executive MBA. The field of study for this degree is not specified, but it can be assumed to be related to business or management. Avinish completed their Executive MBA in 2019.

In addition to their formal education, Avinish Jain has also obtained multiple additional certifications. In September 2020, they acquired the "Facilitation Skills for Managers and Leaders" certification from the Project Management Institute, as well as the "Transactional Analysis Diploma" from the NeuCode Talent Academy. In July 2020, they obtained the "Capability building: L&D Organization as a Competitive Advantage" certification from SHRM, and the "Design and Deliver Training Programs" certification from LinkedIn. Avinish also acquired the "Executive Coaching" certification from the Project Management Institute, the "Instructional Design" certification from the National Association of State Boards of Education (NASBE), and the "NLP Diploma" from the NeuCode Talent Academy, all in July 2020.
