Luca Gugole has worked in a variety of roles since 2003. In 2003 and 2004, they worked as an Operaio at Assali Stefen. In 2005, they worked as a Controllo sicurezza e accessi at Hellas Verona/Chievo Verona. In 2006, they worked as a Steward/parcheggiatore at Multiservice srl. In 2012, they worked as a Progettista at Unika spa. From 2014 to 2016, they worked at Zeno Intelligence as a Sviluppatore, where they developed REST APIs in Java and Clojure, managed AWS and DigitalOcean servers, and used the non-relational database Datomic. From 2016 to present, they have worked at Milkman Technologies, where they have held the roles of Head Of QA, Head of Business Analyst, Technical Leader, and Software Engineer.

Luca Gugole attended ITIS Guglielmo Marconi from 2000 to 2005, where they obtained a Perito Elettronico degree. From 2005 to 2009, they attended Università degli Studi di Padova and obtained an Ingegnere Elettronico degree in Ingegneria. Finally, from 2010 to 2012, Luca attended Università degli Studi di Verona and obtained an Ingegnere Informatico degree in Informatics.
