Michael Crook

Michael Crook has had a diverse range of work experience in the financial industry. Michael currently serves as the Chief Investment Officer at Mill Creek Capital Advisors, LLC since September 2020. Prior to this, they held the position of Managing Director and Head Americas Investment Strategy, Chief Investment Office at UBS Wealth Management from November 2010 to September 2020. In addition, they worked as an Adjunct Professor of Economics at Marymount Manhattan College from January 2010 to December 2013. Before joining UBS, they worked as an Investment Strategist and Discretionary Portfolio Manager at Barclays Wealth from February 2005 to November 2010. Earlier in their career, they served as a Research Fellow at the American Institute for Economic Research from July 2003 to December 2005.

Michael Crook completed their education with a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Economics from New York University in the years 2003 to 2004. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Consumer Economics from The University of Georgia, where they studied from 2001 to 2003. In addition to their academic achievements, Michael Crook holds certifications as a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst from the CAIA Association, obtained in 2008, and as a Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor from the College for Financial Planning, obtained in 2002.
