James A. McKenzie

James A. McKenzie currently serves as the Talent and Organizational Development Lead at Mill Creek Lumber & Supply Company, focusing on talent management and organizational culture strategies. Previously, James held various roles at the University of Oklahoma Outreach, including Learning and Development Manager, where the emphasis was on developing training solutions for the human services sector. Additional experience includes serving as Program Director at Muskogee County Counsel of Youth Services, where a specialized residential program for high-risk teen girls was established, and working as a Senior Juvenile Probation Officer in Utah, providing case management for youth in the juvenile court system. James holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Oklahoma, a Bachelor of Science in Anthropology from the University of Utah, and an Associate of Arts in Humanities from Tulsa Community College.
