Anand Boscha

Anand Boscha has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Anand started their career as an Intern/Project Engineer at Geo-Solutions Inc. in 2007. Anand then worked as an Intern on the Second Avenue Subway Project at DMJM Harris in 2008. In 2009, they joined RIZZO Associates, where they held roles such as Assistant Project Engineer, Project Engineer, Senior Engineer, and Engineering Supervisor, gaining experience in engineering calculations, reports, plans, and field investigations. In 2017, Anand worked as a Summer Associate at both GLL Real Estate Partners and The Davis Companies. In 2018, they became a Development Associate at Cronin Development. Currently, Anand holds the position of Vice President of Development at Mill Creek Residential Trust LLC, where they began as a Development Associate in 2019.

Anand Boscha completed their education in a chronological manner. Anand started by attending Carnegie Mellon University from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Civil Engineering. Anand then proceeded to Dartmouth College from 2007 to 2008, where they pursued a Master's of Engineering Management (MEM). In 2011, Boscha moved to Carnegie Mellon University again, this time for their Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Civil Engineering, which they completed in 2013. Most recently, they attended the Yale School of Management from 2016 to 2018, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Real Estate.
