Andrea Rowe

Andrea Rowe has a significant amount of experience in the real estate development industry. Andrea began their career in 2004 as a Project Manager at the Carlisle Development Group, where they worked until 2007. Andrea then joined the Jonathan Rose Companies as a Project Manager until 2009. Afterwards, Rowe worked at Biscayne Housing Group as a Sr. Project Manager from 2009 to 2013. Since 2013, they have been with Mill Creek Residential Trust LLC, starting as a Development Associate and progressing through various roles such as Vice President of Development, Managing Director, and currently serving as the Senior Managing Director.

Andrea Rowe completed their Bachelor's degree in Economics at the University of Michigan from 2001 to 2004. In 2014, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Florida, specializing in Business Administration and Management, General. In August 2021, they obtained a certification in Leadership Institute from ULI Southeast Florida/Caribbean.
