Charles Arean

Charles Arean is a seasoned professional in construction management with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Mill Creek Residential Trust LLC since November 2016, Arean previously held the same title at Facchina from April 2015 to November 2016. Between September 2004 and March 2015, Arean gained comprehensive expertise at HENSEL PHELPS, where roles included Superintendent, Design Project Engineer, Lead Estimator, Lead Quality Control Engineer, Office Engineer, and Field Engineer. Arean earned a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management from Florida International University, completing the program from 2001 to 2005.
