Eric Lezak

Eric Lezak has extensive experience in the real estate industry. Eric worked as the Senior Managing Director at Mill Creek Residential Trust LLC from 2010 to present, where they played a crucial role in securing financing for institutional apartment projects in the Western U.S. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Financial Officer - Southern California Division at Trammell Crow Residential from 2006 to 2010. In this position, they were responsible for securing financing for residential apartment and condominium projects, as well as overseeing asset acquisitions and dispositions in Southern California.

Eric Lezak has a Masters Degree in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California. Eric also holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Santa Clara University, where they graduated Cum Laude. In addition to their degrees, Eric is a Certified Public Accountant certified by the California Board of Accountancy.
