John Baker

John Baker is a seasoned Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in the construction industry spanning over a decade. Currently at Mill Creek Residential Trust LLC since June 2022, John previously held a similar role at Shaw Construction, Inc. from May 2010 to June 2022, where responsibilities included leading project teams, managing budgets and schedules, and interfacing with clients and architects. Early career experience includes serving as a Public Works Engineering Aide for the City of Louisville, overseeing capital improvement projects, and preparing engineering drawings. Internships at Bycor General Contractors and Rock-Ridge Building Company provided foundational knowledge in commercial and residential construction respectively. John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder.
