Ruben Gil

Ruben Gil has extensive experience in the field of Virtual Design and Construction (VDC). Ruben is currently working at Mill Creek Residential Trust LLC as the Regional Director of Virtual Design & Construction. In this role, they leverage the BIM / VDC process through design and construction, executing coordination processes and deploying strategic data-driven workflows.

Prior to their current position, Ruben worked as the Director of Virtual Design & Construction at Mill Creek Residential Trust LLC. Ruben was also the VDC / Innovation Manager at the company, where they contributed to the implementation of innovative technologies and visual programming.

Before joining Mill Creek Residential Trust LLC, Ruben was the Founder of Innov8tive Solutions, focusing on providing VDC solutions. Ruben also worked as a Senior BIM / VDC Manager at CES CONSULTANTS, INC.

Ruben's earlier experience includes working as a BIM / VDC Manager at Moss & Associates, where they were responsible for managing and coordinating integrated multi-disciplinary fabrication models. Ruben also provided support to the field operation team and assisted with BIM/VDC scope during bid packaging.

Ruben started their career as an Intern at Bermello Ajamil & Partners, Inc. Ruben later became an Associate and Designer at the same company, working on various projects related to Maritime, Commercial, Residential, and Hospitality sectors.

Overall, Ruben Gil has a strong background in VDC and has held various managerial and leadership positions throughout their career.

Ruben Gil completed their Associate's Degree in Architecture & Design from Miami Dade College from 2001 to 2003. Following this, they pursued further education at the University of Florida, where they obtained their Bachelor's Degree in the School of Architecture & Design from 2003 to 2006.
