Wayne Hale

Wayne Hale serves as the Executive Chairman of Venture Metals since July 2019, where Wayne has played a pivotal role in strategic investments, including the acquisition of Versatile Processing Group. As a Senior Partner at Mill Rock Capital since August 2018, Wayne leverages extensive analytical and industry expertise to drive value creation in portfolio companies. Additionally, as Principal & Senior Consultant at Pintler Crest Group, Wayne assists private equity and venture capital firms in due diligence for investments within the mining and metals sectors. Wayne's leadership experience extends to previous roles as President & CEO of PSF Mechanical and Gopher Resource, where substantial revenue and operational improvements were achieved. Earlier, Wayne held senior executive positions at Noranda Aluminum, Century Aluminum, SUAL, and Kennecott Utah Copper Corporation, overseeing large-scale operations and significant profit and loss responsibilities. Wayne holds an MBA in International Business from Ohio University and a BS in Chemistry from Western Washington University.
