Sally Moore Mcipd has a diverse work experience beginning in 2006 with Sainsbury's, where they served as an HR Manager and later as an Area HR Manager from 2006 to 2013. Sally then joined BDC in 2015, where they held the role of Interim Head of HR and Staff Development before becoming a Senior HR Business Partner in 2016. Our sister company, Ultimate Healthcare, makes a full range of high quality, affordable equipment for the healthcare sector, from beds and mattresses to wheelchairs. We aim not to subcontract any part of our services, preferring to develop the skills in our teams to provide them all in-house. This means that we also directly provide outsourced services, such as lift and hoist maintenance, telecare/telehealth, assistive technology, sensory impairment services, and minor adaptations through fully integrated teams.
