Charles J. Lippert

Charles J. Lippert is an experienced Air Quality Specialist at the Mille Lacs Band of Ojibwe, a position held since October 2002, where responsibilities include operating and maintaining equipment for monitoring air-borne wet mercury deposition, ozone, and PM2. Prior to this role, Charles served as a Program Counselor at Thomas Allen Incorporated from October 1999 to April 2003 and worked as a Research Laboratory Attendant at the University of Minnesota's Large Lakes Observatory from July 1996 to May 1999. Charles holds a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering and a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from the University of Minnesota Duluth, completed between 1991 and 2002.
