Amy Ninham

Amy Ninham, MHA has worked in various healthcare organizations throughout their career. Amy started their career at Essentia Health in 2011, where they served as the Manager of Medical Staff Services until 2013. In 2013, they joined Mille Lacs Health System and held multiple roles, including Clinical Analyst from July 2013 to September 2016, Lead Clinical Analyst from September 2016 to July 2020, and Health Information Manager from July 2020 to April 2022. Currently, they serve as the Director of Revenue Cycle at Mille Lacs Health System, a role they have held since March 2022.

Amy Ninham, MHA, completed their Executive Master of Healthcare Administration degree at the University of Minnesota School of Public Health from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Health Information Management from The College of St. Scholastica, where they studied from 2005 to 2009.
