Valentina Balashova has a diverse work experience. Valentina began their career in 2005 as a Senior Credit Analyst at Probusinessbank. In 2006, they moved to IKEA Group as a Web Content Manager/Project Manager. In 2010, they joined Hogan Lovells as an HR Generalist. From 2008 to 2012, they worked as a Freelance Photographer and Freelance Art Director & Graphic Designer. In 2012, they started working as a Graphic Designer at West Los Angeles College. From 2014 to 2020, they worked at MaryRuth Organics as a Senior Graphic Designer - Art Direction, at MiLLENNiAL Magazine as an Editorial and Travel Photographer, and at School Portraits by Adams Photography, Inc. as a Senior Graphic Designer. Currently, they are working as an Art Director at Hilton, where they lead and develops a branding design team and crafts ownable, innovative, and compelling design solutions.
