Joanne Ocello has worked in a variety of roles throughout their career. Joanne began in 2002 with various companies before joining Hotel Connections in 2012. There, they served as an Account Manager and later as a Senior Account Manager, focusing on training, contract administration, and onboarding of new properties. In 2019, Joanne joined TA Connections as the Director of Client Services, where they oversaw a team and worked on maximizing client savings. In 2022, they moved to innRoad as the Director of Client Services, leading teams responsible for post-sales services. Currently, Joanne is the Director of Client Experience at Millennial Specialty Insurance, where they strategize client onboarding and retention and manages a team to meet targets.
