Sarah Edith Jones

Sarah Edith Jones, PhD, serves as the Director of Education and Workforce Development at the Millennium Challenge Corporation since February 2018, after initially holding the position of Associate Director. Jones has led multiple significant projects, including the Education Project in Belize and the TALENT project in Timor-Leste. Prior experience includes roles at USAID-E3 as a Senior Monitoring and Evaluation Advisor, at Social Impact as a Technical Director and Youth and Education Specialist, at ICF International as a Senior International Evaluation Specialist, and at Mathematica Policy Research as a Survey Researcher II. Jones also held adjunct faculty positions at George Mason University and George Washington University. Academia credentials include a PhD and MA in Sociology from UC Santa Barbara and a BA in Spanish and Italian from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
