Keith Cooperman

VP, Business Development at Millennium Corporation

As the Vice President of Business Development at Millennium, Keith Cooperman is responsible for achieving new business growth objectives for the company. In this role, Keith leads pipeline, capture and proposal management activities, BD analytics and development of effective win strategies across customer accounts.

Keith comes to Millennium with over 20 years of industry experience supporting Federal customers. Most recently, Keith led business development for global consulting firm Guidehouse’s portfolio of US Intelligence Community business focused on organizational strategy and transformation, financial management, human capital management and data analytics.

During his two decades in industry, Keith has led successful business development, capture and program management activities for large Federal contractors including SAIC, Engility, Chenega and Booz Allen Hamilton. Keith also supported a variety of clients during two years as an independent capture and business development consultant.

Keith started his career as an Intelligence Analyst for the Central Intelligence Agency in 1996, where he learned the tradecraft of imagery intelligence. During his four years at the CIA, Keith focused on global economic intelligence issues, as well as serving in watch operations and liaison roles.

Keith earned his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in International Relations from The Johns Hopkins University, with specializations in American Foreign Policy, International Economics and European Studies. While working for SAIC, Keith participated in an Executive Program through the University of Maryland where he graduated with a Masters of Business Administration in 2010.
