Laura Lamonica

Laura LaMonica is an experienced instructional systems specialist currently working at Millennium Corporation since February 2023. Laura has co-owned and managed Act! Dance! Sing! Performing Arts Training Center since June 2017, overseeing daily operations and customer relationships. As Director of Quality at CASSIDY CONSULTING GROUP, LLC since October 2016, Laura has focused on maintaining and improving the Quality Management System. Previous roles include Professional Training Administrator at KirkpatrickPrice and MPT Requirements Analyst at HII Technical Solutions, where Laura provided extensive training support to Navy programs. With a strong background in quality management at L-3 D.P. Associates and a solid educational foundation, including an Ed.D. in Adult Education from North Carolina State University, Laura possesses a wealth of expertise in instructional design and training facilitation.
