Manuel Falero has a diverse and extensive work experience. Manuel began their career in 1985 at Lockheed Martin Space Operations Company as an Engineering Specialist, where they managed a team and maintained various orbital thermal control system components. Manuel then joined United Space Alliance in 1996 as an Engineering Staff V, managing a team of engineers and overseeing the processing and modifications of thermal control systems for Shuttle Orbiters. In 2012, they worked at All Point Logistics, LLC as a Mechanical Engineer, responsible for managing machine shop projects and fabricating ground support equipment for NASA. From 2014 to 2017, they held the role of RFID Project Specialist at CribMaster, a division of Stanley Black and Decker, where they prepared project schedules and supported customers with tool control and material inventory management. Manuel then worked as a System Engineer at Millennium Engineering and Integration from 2017, where they managed and tracked program requirements and collaborated with other teams. Most recently, they joined Adrian Technologies Incorporated in 2020 as a Deputy Element Operations Manager.
Manuel Falero obtained their Bachelor's degree in Aircraft Engineering Technology from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, where they studied from 1976 to 1980. In 2013, they pursued further education at Eastern Florida State College, where they obtained an AutoCAD Certification in the field of AutoCAD, completing the program in 2014.
