Chelsea Lee

Chelsea Lee is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in people development and technology collaboration. Currently serving as the Technology Collaboration and Engagement Lead at Millennium since March 2023, Chelsea previously contributed to Cockroach Labs from September 2016 to February 2023 in various roles including Senior People Development Manager, where the focus was on fostering a collaborative and innovative environment for employees. Prior to Cockroach Labs, Chelsea worked at Connections of New York as a Technical Recruiter and held the position of Recruiting Coordinator at CFW Careers. Chelsea possesses a Bachelor of Science degree in Neuroscience with a minor in Chemistry from New York University.
