Lauren Nucci

Lauren Nucci is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in business partnerships and operational leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Millennium, Lauren has previously held significant roles including Executive Director and Senior HCM Business Partner at Goldman Sachs, and Director of HCM Business Partner for Infrastructure Divisions at Morgan Stanley. Lauren's earlier experience includes positions such as COO and Chief of Staff at BlackRock, in addition to human resources roles and a summer analyst position at Merrill Lynch. Academically, Lauren holds a Master of Science in I/O and Business Psychology from UCL and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Penn State University.
