Melita Loncar

Melita Loncar is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources leadership across multiple prestigious organizations. Currently serving as the Global Head of HR Strategy at Millennium since January 2023, Melita has previously held the position of Vice President of People at Pagaya from June 2021 to December 2022 and Co-Head of Americas Business Partners at Millennium from March 2019 to June 2021.
