Donald Norman

Donald Norman has a diverse work experience spanning from 2001 to 2022. Donald started their career as an Administrative Coordinator at Erickson Retirement Communities, where they focused on providing continuity of care to assisted living residents and optimizing workflow. From 2007 to 2012, they worked as a Team Leader at Envision Medical Group, responsible for identifying training programs to address competency gaps and creating schedules for non-exempt employees.

In 2011, Donald transitioned to the role of an Event Coordinator/Lead Bartender, generating revenue and ensuring compliance with alcohol-related laws at multiple locations. In 2016, they became a Clinical and Clerical Administrator at Dr. Kristin Oaks, D.O. Inc, where they managed workflow, resolved concerns, and performed clinical duties.
