Niranjana Ramachandran

Niranjana Ramachandran began their career in 1999 as a Career Development Executive at RND Soft, Coimbatore. Niranjana then joined Amoeba Telecom in 2000 as a Senior Member in the Human Resources department. After working there for three years, they moved on to Millennium Software, Inc. in 2015, where they worked as an HR Assistant. Their responsibilities included coordinating new hire orientation, onboarding, and managing employee benefits. In 2021, Niranjana joined Millennium Software and Staffing as an HR Manager.

Niranjana Ramachandran pursued a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Karunya Institute of Technology in Coimbatore, India, from 1994 to 1998. Later, from 2007 to 2010, they attended Oakland University and obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, specializing in General studies.
