Alana Fitts is an experienced engineering professional with a diverse background in mission operations and structural engineering. Currently serving as Lead Mission Operations Engineer at Millennium Space Systems, Alana is responsible for supporting all stages of the mission lifecycle, defining ground and mission operations requirements, and ensuring compliance with space vehicle specifications. Previous roles include Structural Engineer at DiBlasi Associates, where contributions focused on structural design and analysis, and internships that involved drafting and modeling with software such as Revit and AutoCAD. Alana holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Civil Engineering and Cognitive Science from the University of Connecticut.
