Nitish Bhardwaj

Nitish Bhardwaj is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Deputy Program Manager and Products Engineer at Millennium Space Systems, a Boeing Company, since June 2022. In this role, Nitish leads the Integrated Program Team to ensure adherence to program cost, schedule, and technical performance, while also coordinating test development plans across teams and partners. Previously, Nitish worked at Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) from September 2016 to June 2022 as an Electrical Engineer, focusing on signal processing, machine learning, and quantum computing, and successfully implementing deep learning models for RF emitter classification. Nitish started the career as a Student Research Assistant at California State University, Long Beach, where contributions included developing a driver drowsiness detection framework and designing filtering circuits for ECG testing. Nitish holds a Master of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from UC Santa Barbara and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Biomedical Engineering from California State University, Long Beach. An Associate’s Degree in STEM was obtained from Los Angeles Pierce College.
