Randy Yount

Randy Yount has a diverse work experience in the satellite and space systems industry. Randy started their career at Boeing Satellite Systems as a Systems Engineer, where they received recognition for their work on a government satellite program. Randy then joined Space Systems Loral as a Senior Operations Engineer, responsible for customer training, technical support, and procedure development. Randy later returned to Boeing Satellite Systems, working as an On-Orbit Analyst and Regional Satellite Manager, leading on-orbit anomaly investigations, customer interactions, and satellite upgrades. Randy then transitioned to Millennium Space Systems, where they served as a Principal Mission Operations Engineer. Randy further expanded their expertise at Astranis, taking on the roles of Senior Mission Operations Engineer and Mission Operations Team Lead. Most recently, they joined Momentus as the Head of Flight Operations and has now become the Director of Mission Operations Engineering at Millennium Space Systems, a Boeing Company.

Randy Yount pursued their education from 1999 to 2005 at California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo. During this period, they completed a Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering.
