Rory Hofstatter

Rory Hofstatter has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Rory started their career at Northrop Grumman Corporation in 2008 as a Mechanical Engineer and later transitioned to being an Electro Mechanical Engineer in 2010. From 2013 to 2017, Rory worked as a Projects Manager at Northrop Grumman Corporation, where they managed various segments of large government programs and supervised dedicated teams. In 2017, they joined Millennium Space Systems, A Boeing Company, initially serving as a Program Manager/Deputy Program Manager/Program Controls Specialist until 2018. From 2018 until 2022, they held the role of Company Controller at the same company. Currently, Rory holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at Millennium Space Systems.

Rory Hofstatter pursued education in the field of engineering and business economics. From 2005 to 2010, Rory studied at UC Santa Barbara and obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering. After that, from 2009 to 2010, Rory continued education at UC Santa Barbara to pursue a Master's degree in Business Economics. Finally, Rory attended Stevens Institute of Technology from 2010 to 2013, earning a Master's degree in Systems Engineering.
