Brittany McGee's work experience starts in 2003 at Fidelity Investments, where they worked as an RIA - Cashiering. In this role, they assisted financial advisors with operational issues, ensured client requests complied with regulatory guidelines, and processed monetary transactions for clients. Brittany then moved on to work at 1st Global as a Back Office Operations - Cashier, where they managed daily reports, analyzed complex problems, and led special projects. From there, they joined Dallas Employment Services as a Consultant, providing consulting services to clients. In 2012, they became the Human Resources Director at TRMI - Space Maker Designs, Inc., responsible for personnel activity, records, and employee safety and welfare. Following that, they worked at Kelly Services as a Senior Advisor and Mentor, and most recently, they started working at Millennium Systems International as a Business Support Specialist.

From 2010 to 2012, Brittany McGee attended El Centro College, where they earned an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Paralegal Studies - Prelaw.
