Fabio De Martino

Fabio De Martino has over 30 years of work experience in software engineering and management roles. Fabio is currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Millennium Systems International since April 2023. Prior to this, they worked at XSOLIS as a Software Engineering Manager from February 2022 to April 2023 and as a Development Team Lead from May 2021 to February 2022.

Before joining XSOLIS, Fabio worked at Brady Corporation as a Cloud Software Development Lead from November 2017 to May 2021. Fabio played a crucial role in the digital transformation of Brady Corp's e-commerce platforms, revamping software delivery workflows and reducing time to market from days to just 60 minutes. Fabio also designed and implemented a new Single Sign On (SSO) system using Auth0 as the authentication provider.

From September 2013 to November 2017, Fabio worked at Direct Supply as a Software Development Lead. Fabio led a team of 8 developers in an agile environment and provided technical leadership. Fabio actively collaborated with the Architecture Review Board (ARB) to implement new technologies and software patterns. Fabio also served as the SCRUM Master and worked closely with product owners and project managers to deliver high-priority and valuable deliverables.

Fabio's previous experiences include working as a Senior Software Engineer at West Bend Mutual Insurance from 2011 to 2013, a Senior Software Analyst at Trisept Solutions from 2004 to 2011, a Software Engineer at IFS North America from 1999 to 2004, a Software Analyst at Weasler Engineering from 1998 to 1999, and an HVAC Engineer at Columbia St. Mary's from 1994 to 1998.

Fabio began their career with Carnival Cruise Lines as a 2nd Engineer from 1989 to 1994. Fabio has consistently demonstrated their expertise in software development, project management, team leadership, and implementing new technologies.

Fabio De Martino obtained their Bachelor of Science in Information Technology with a specialization in Software Architecture from Capella University between 2008 and 2012. Prior to that, they earned an Associate's degree in Analyst/Programmer from Milwaukee Area Technical College from 1995 to 1997. Fabio also holds a Technical Diploma in Marine Engineering from the Marine Engineering School in La Spezia, Italy, which they obtained from 1979 to 1984. In addition to their formal education, Fabio De Martino has also earned the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services in December 2022.
