Jordan Silva

Jordan Silva's work experience includes holding various roles in different companies. In 2010, Jordan worked as a Category Manager at Victoria's Secret. From 2014 to 2019, Jordan worked at ExamSoft, starting as an Account Manager and later advancing to Senior Account Manager, Channel Manager, and Associate Director of Customer Success. In these roles, Jordan focused on developing and managing client relationships, optimizing customer success initiatives, and aligning internal teams towards customer success. In 2019, Jordan became an Agency Owner at Allstate until 2022. Currently, Jordan is working as the Vice President of Client Success at Millennium Systems International.

Jordan Silva obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from The University of Texas at Dallas, graduating in 2013. Prior to attending The University of Texas at Dallas, Jordan had attended Arizona State University in 2009 and 2010, but did not complete a degree or specify a field of study. Additionally, Jordan has obtained certifications as an Insurance Agent for Life and Health from the Texas Department of Insurance in January 2019, as well as an Insurance Agent for Property & Casualty from the same institution in December 2018. Jordan also holds certifications as an Investment Company/Variable Contracts Products Limited Representative and as a Uniform Securities Agent from FINRA, although the months and years of obtaining these certifications were not provided.
