To understand who we are, it helps to understand who we aren't
Officially, we're homebuilders. More precisely, we're dreamers, creators and innovators.

When you choose Miller & Smith, you get a team of dedicated professionals with a passion for bringing new ideas to life and for creating extraordinary homes and communities.

The essence of our company, and the source of our competitive strength, is the creation of innovative, niche designs.

Unlike some builders who build the same basic box in every neighborhood, we integrate land plan and architecture to create sophisticated and imaginative designs that feel right at home in their environment.

We build for people who demand something different, who appreciate our attention to detail, and who understand the value of a home designed specifically for the setting in which it lives.

Its not the easiest way to build a home. But for Miller & Smith, it's the only way.

Whether you are a first-time homebuyer, or simply in the market for a second home, recent actions by Fannie Mae have now made it easier for homebuyers to make the next move. Learn more about the new HomeReady program and what it means for accessible and affordable mortgages: http://bit.ly/1VafZoY
