Tia Bailey

Tia Bailey serves as the Vice President of People and Culture at Miller Bros. Const., Inc. and has accumulated significant experience in human resources across multiple companies, including Amazon, where Tia held roles in Global Corporate Employee Relations and as a Human Resources Manager. Previous positions also include Director of Human Resources at Turner Contracting, Inc., and Area Human Resources Manager at both 24 Hour Fitness and Lowe's Companies, Inc. Tia holds two Master of Business Administration degrees in Human Resources Management and Project Management from Colorado Technical University, completed between 2019 and 2020.
