Brian Schwartz

Brian Schwartz began their professional career in 2001 as a Summer Associate at Morgan Stanley. In 2003, they worked as a Summer Intern at the National Labor Relations Board. In 2004, they worked as a Summer Associate at Grotta, Glassman & Hoffman. In 2005, they began working at Miller, Canfield, Paddock & Stone, P.L.C. as the Senior Principal and Employment and Labor Group Leader. In this role, they represent management in various aspects of labor and employment counseling and litigation, with a focus on defending class-action lawsuits involving retiree health benefit disputes and employment discrimination.

Brian Schwartz attended Cornell University from 1998 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations. Brian then attended University of Michigan Law School from 2002 to 2005, where they earned a Juris Doctor in Law.
