Joseph Huntzicker

Joseph Huntzicker began their legal career in 2000 as an Attorney and Counselor at Law at Miller Canfield. In 2002, they moved to Goldberg Kohn Ltd., and then to Fox, Swibel, Levin & Carroll, LLP in 2005. In 2012, they returned to Miller Canfield, where they have since provided legal services in the areas of commercial real estate, secured lending, entity formation, and governance matters. Joseph has extensive experience in the acquisition and development of various types of real property, representing landlords and tenants in commercial leasing matters, and representing owners in obtaining conventional and securitized financing. Joseph also handles post-closing loan administration, loan modifications, restructurings, forbearances and workouts, and all matters relating to Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code.

Joseph Huntzicker received their Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Michigan Law School in 2000. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science from the University of Michigan.
