Katie (Krager) Strehler, SPHR has over 17 years of experience in Human Resources. In 2021, they were appointed as the Director of Human Resources at Miller Canfield. From 2011 to 2021, they held positions at Rehmann, including Chief Human Resources Officer, Director of Human Resources, and Training Manager. From 2009 to 2004, they were a Manager, Performance Improvement / Instructional Design Manager at Chrysler Financial. In this role, they led and participated in organizational projects and initiatives to identify opportunities, resolve inefficiencies, and create synergies across the corporation. Additionally, they designed and developed learning solutions, based on business goals, in order to close performance gaps and maximize employee performance. From 2004 to 2009, they were a Learning and Development Specialist and Teamleader at Chrysler Financial. As a Learning and Development Specialist, they facilitated allotted training programs, courses, and workshops to support technical and skill based competencies. As a Teamleader, they managed and developed both Collections and Operational employees to exceed personal and departmental goals through team and individual coaching.

Katie (Krager) Strehler, SPHR holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Wayne State University, where they studied Human Resource Management and Leadership and Organizational Behavior from 2006 to 2009. Katie also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Central Michigan University, where they studied Human Resource Management and Psychology from 1998 to 2003. Katie has also attended Eastern Michigan University.
