Magdalena Olkiewicz-Borkowska started their work experience as an Attorney At Law at Miller Canfield in 2010, where they worked as an Attorney's trainee until 2013. In 2013, they returned to Miller Canfield as an Attorney At Law, focusing on EU and Polish personal data protection law, law of new technologies, Intellectual Property law, ePrivacy, compliance issues, and antitrust law. Magdalena has advised multinational companies on various legal matters, including licensing arrangements and implementation of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). In 2014, Magdalena worked as an Attorney At Law at Kancelaria Radców Prawnych "Hałon i Kucharski" Sp.p. Magdalena also gained experience as a Law Clerk at the University of Gdansk - Civil Law Clinic in 2008 and as a Court Agent at Deloitte in 2007.

Magdalena Olkiewicz-Borkowska has an extensive education history. Magdalena obtained their PhD in Law with a specialization in Personal Data Protection Law from the Institute of Law Studies at the Polish Academy of Sciences, where they studied from 2017 to 2021.

In 2008, they pursued coursework in International Intellectual Property Law under Professor G.B. Dinwoodie at the Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology.
