Elizabeth Gasparini

Elizabeth Gasparini is a Miller Cooper Principal and a member of the firm’s Assurance and Accounting department. She manages audits, reviews, compilations and accounting projects. As an audit principal, she is responsible for the management and supervision of her engagement teams and works closely with clients with regards to various accounting projects. Elizabeth has been with Miller Cooper since 2008.

Ms. Gasparini serves numerous businesses in diverse industries including service companies in the healthcare industry, real estate entities, manufacturers and distributors, construction contractors and subcontractors, and private equity firms. Additionally, she has significant institutional experience with school districts.

Ms. Gasparini provides ongoing communication between the client and the engagement team. She is entrusted to ensure timelines are adhered to and that all work products comply with the client’s full requirements.

Ms. Gasparini received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy and Master of Business Administration from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville in Edwardsville, Illinois. She is a licensed CPA. Ms. Gasparini is a member of the Illinois CPA Society.
