Kai Lacey

Kai Lacey is an experienced construction professional currently serving as the Regional Construction Manager at Bellway Homes since January 2016, where responsibilities include managing various construction projects and conducting appraisal reports for staff and subcontractors. Previously held positions include Senior Site Manager at both David Wilson Homes and Taylor Wimpey plc, with a career in the construction industry dating back to 2005. Prior military experience includes serving as Bombardier Detachment Commander and Phase Two recruit instructor in HM Forces, where oversight of air defense systems and training programs was essential.
