Nick McLellan

Nick McLellan is an experienced Senior Strategic Land Manager at Miller Homes Ltd, overseeing the strategic land portfolio in the North East and Teesside since December 2020. Previously, Nick held positions as Strategic Land Manager for Avant Homes, Strategic Planner for Story Homes, and Graduate Planner at Signet Planning, along with serving as Assistant Planning Officer at Gateshead Council. Nick has also contributed as Vice Chair of the RTPI Young Planners in the North East. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Planning and Regeneration, a Town Planning Post Graduate Diploma, and a BA in Town Planning, all obtained from Newcastle University.
