Rob Gusman

Rob Gusman has a diverse work experience in sales and management roles. Rob started their career at O.H. Kruse Grain & Milling as a Commodity Buyer, where they focused on purchasing raw feed commodities for dairy and pet feed production. Rob then moved on to Icon Health and Fitness, where they worked as an Outside Sales representative. During their time there, they managed sales, marketing, and business development efforts for key regional accounts. In 2013, Rob joined Aluminum Die Casting, Inc. as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. In this role, they directed all sales and marketing activities, prioritized and captured new customers, and grew revenues. Following that, Rob worked as a Key Account Manager at Ardent Mills and as a Regional Sales Manager at Honeyville, Inc. Currently, they are employed at Miller Milling Company as a Flour Sales Manager and was recently promoted to the position of Sales Director.

From 1994 to 1998, Rob Gusman obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
