Xavier Gutierrez

Xavier Gutierrez is a seasoned transactional real estate attorney with extensive experience in the legal field. Xavier has been with Miller Starr Regalia since October 2012, providing expert legal counsel in real estate transactions. Prior to this role, Xavier served at Pircher, Nichols & Meeks from September 2003 to October 2012, also focusing on transactional real estate law. An alumnus of the USC Gould School of Law, Xavier earned a Doctor of Law (JD) degree between 2000 and 2003, and holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Managerial Economics from the University of California, Davis, completed in 2000. Early education was received at Bellarmine College Preparatory, graduating in 1996.
