Christopher Pavlik, PhD, is a Senior Principal Chemist at Miller-Stephenson Chemical Company since February 2016, where responsibilities include leadership in strategic planning across multiple business units, leveraging expertise in polymer and material chemistry to enhance product performance, and coordinating cross-functional teams for product testing. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Product Development Chemist at Balchem Corporation, focusing on R&D strategic planning and product reverse engineering, and as a Chemical Consultant at Revegen Corporation, overseeing total synthesis and project management of active pharmaceutical ingredients. Christopher Pavlik holds a Post-Doctoral Fellowship in Medicinal and Pharmaceutical Chemistry and a PhD in Organic Synthesis/Polymer Chemistry, both from the University of Connecticut.
