Geoff Clarke

Geoff Clarke is a seasoned legal and financial professional with extensive experience in corporate finance and law. Currently serving as a Partner at Miller Thomson LLP since November 2016 and as a Director at Ucore Rare Metals Inc. since October 2013, Geoff also holds the position of Lead Instructor at the University of Windsor's Faculty of Law.
