Amy Ziegler

Amy Ziegler has a diverse work experience in supply chain and logistics. Amy is currently the Director of Global Supply Chain Operations at MillerKnoll. Prior to this, they worked at Stryker in various roles including Director of Supply Chain Business Process and Materials Director, where they led teams and achieved significant improvements in inventory management and demand planning. Amy also served as an Integrated Business Planning Manager and Sourcing Manager at Stryker. Before Stryker, Amy worked at Kellogg Company as a SAP Implementation Project Lead and Logistics Innovation Manager. Amy also has experience as a Senior Supply Chain Planner at Kellogg Company overseeing the supply chain for multiple brands. Additionally, Amy has served on the board of directors for APICS, where they held roles in university relations and marketing. Amy has also worked as an Adjunct Professor at Western Michigan University and has previous experience at Newell Brands, Borg Warner Automotive, and Pfizer.

Amy Ziegler completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management at the Western Michigan University - Haworth College of Business from 1999 to 2003. Amy then pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management at The University of Toledo from 2004 to 2006.

In addition to their academic degrees, Amy Ziegler also obtained various certifications. Amy achieved the CPIM (Certified in Production and Inventory Management) from APICS in January 2005. Later, they obtained the CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional) certification from APICS in June 2007. Most recently, Amy completed a Demand Management course by Oliver Wight in July 2017.
